The apartment has two rooms, a bathroom, a living-room and a kitchen.
El apartamento dispone de dos habitaciones, un baño, un salón-comedor y una cocina conectada al salón mediante una barra americana.

Entrada / Hall

In the kitchen there is an electric stover, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher.
La cocina dispone de microondas con grill, cafetera, lavavajillas, vitrocerámica, frigorífico.

Cocina / Kitchen

Both two rooms have a double bed. One of them has also another individual bed.
Las dos habitaciones tienen cama de matrimonio, una de ellas además dispone de otra cama individual.

In the living room there is a sofa bed, so the total capacity of the house is 7 pax.
En el salón hay un sofá que se puede transformar en cama, de manera que la capacidad total del apartamento es de 7 plazas.

Baño/Bathroom

The apartment is on the first floor but there is no elevator. In the building there is a car park.
El apartamento es un primer piso sin ascensor.
Dispone de garaje privado.

The situation within the village is very good because is just 3 minutes walking from the main square where are all the shops and restaurants. Next to the block there is a park and just crossing the street is the river with another park. In summer children play in the park and take baths in the river.
La situación dentro del pueblo de Ezcaray es inmejorable, ya que se encuentra a tan sólo 3 minutos de la plaza principal del pueblo y de todos los comercios y establecimientos hosteleros.
Además junto al bloque de edificios hay un parque y cruzando la calle está el paseo del río. En verano los niños juegan y se refrescan en él.
